August 25, 2004 : Alert the media!
Two updates in one week, I'm on a roll! :p Major gallery update. Added a few old projects from school to the page, and I also removed a lot of the older uglier pieces that were on the page.
August 23, 2004 : Abstractions and Misc Updates
An update, finally, and its a big one, so sit back, relax, and read on. :P
I've added three new wallpapers to the wallpaper page. All are abstract pieces in which my intent was to focus on colors. They're quite pleasing to look at i think, and they work pretty well as wallpapers.
Next, Email Info: I have removed the links to my email addressess from the about page. Truth be told, I wasn't checking it any more for about the last 6 months. Mainly because the amount of spam increased to amount for more than 50% of incoming mail, and the amount of regualr mail i get daily is quite a lot, so it all got pretty overwhelming very fast... and that was just not good. So, thats the reason I haven't replied to emails, I've either not read it or did read it but it got lost somewhere in the massive amount of other mail. Sorry. :/ However, I am planning on opening a new inbox soon for new mail. Until then, you can send me a PM via the BB. And if you sent me a very important email, within I'd say the last 4 months, and I haven't replied, please contact me now with a PM and I will reply within about 24 hours Also, please PM me if I have forgotten to add mods you've made to the Tisuite page.
While on the topic of TiSuite, I added an awesome Linux port of TiSkin and TiCons done by BVC to the TiSuite download page. Be sure to visit BVC and check out his other awesome skins.
I've also finally added V7.5 to the interface history archive section of the site. I'll be adding BB V2 Curvature as soon as I can find all of its files.
Also, I didn't make an announcement here before, but the BB forums have been given a complete overhaul. BB now has a new skin design, entitled Ionyx. Ionyx had been in development for a few months, but the final design is pretty nice I think; its very functional while balancing a nice amount of eyecandy. The BB backend has also been upgraded to the latest and greatest version of the IPB software, and we've also added the Gallery software, so the user experience should hopefully be better than it was in the last versions of BB. Of course none of this would have been possible without the huge amount of help and work that Erisar put in, so a very big thanks goes out to him. :D And a big thanks to the BB user base for their continued support as well. ;D
Lastly, an update on how other projects are going: I am currently trying to finish up the graphics for the Half Life theme so that i can give those to Harlan so that he can proceed with turning them into a theme. In between the theme graphics, I am also working on making the iconset, wallpaper set and other misc imagery for the theme. On my list of other projects is TiSkin 2 (which will include skin flavors and variations, as well as the TiCons 4 icon set), but it hasn't progressed much from the sketchbook to the computer. Also, I have BB Ionyx skin flavors which are being worked on. Those should be out soon. The last project I am working on, but will probbaly be getting pushed and delayed, is a new site design. Got a lot of cool sketches and ideas, but nothing has been translated over to the computer yet, and probably won't be for a while. All in all, I have a lot of work to do, as well as balancing my school work, job, and a small social life into the mix... so I better get back to work now. ;D Look out for another update in five more months (just kidding, hopefully)! :P

March 23, 2004 : Rapture tastes so sweet
New wallpaper, since i haven't released one in a long time. Rapture has become one of my favorite images. It first started out as a drawing for a class project, but was not used in the final piece. I liked the design so much though, that I decided to finish it and turn it into a wallpaper. The result is a very elegant wallpaper in my opinion. The figure was completely airbrushed in photoshop. No references were used, just what I could remember from the life drawing and anatomy courses I took in school last year. This is also the largest wallpaper I have released here... 1600x1200... about time I started making bigger wallpapers, right? And in case you're wondering, yes the title does refer to the dance song of the same name. :D

March 16, 2004 : TiSkin 1.1
Today I released a small, but important update to TiSkin, bumping it to v1.1. I also have temporarily taken the DLTA version of TiSKin offline to look into some bug reports that a couple of users sent in. Till then, I highly suggest these users use the Shapeshifter version if possibile.
As some of you might know, ShapeShifter 1.2 was released today, and among the long list of updates, is one very cool one, Application Skins. These allow theme devs to skin some of the apps in osx by building the skin elements right into the theme guikit file. What this means for the end user is that they have to spend less time by using other apps such as Safaricon to alter the appearance of some osx apps to work with a theme. So far, I have included two App skins in TiSkin.
The first is the most important in my opinion, the Safari skin. Safari buttons are now skinned to look like the rest of the theme (and hopefully I placed them correctly this time ;] ). Another great thing, is that now Safari works beautifully with the Metal window appearance used in TiSkin, so you no longer have to switch Safari to use the Aqua window style.
The second app skin is for Quicktime. Its a pretty quick job, mainly to see what could be done. So there might be some rough corners with this skin. But fret not, a finalized app skin for Quicktime will be included in the next revision. Other App skins (yes iTunes is one of them) will be included in the next revision as well.
Now I wanna explain a little about the TiSkin roadmap. I am currently planning maybe one more small update fixing any tiny bugs that might appear. Then I will continue work on getting the next major release finish, v1.5. This is the revision that will include some variations, the larger window widgets for those who prefer them, many more application skins, ticons 4, and a few other goodies. :D
But for now, go and download the new version of Shapeshifter, and go and get your TiSkin on.

All extras will be posted in that page, as well as updates to the TiSuite elements. January 31, 2004 : Annoucing TiSkin!
For all of you who have been wondering what I have been up to the past few months... I present, TiSkin. TiSkin is the reason that I haven't posted any new screenshots in the wallpaper section, or on the BB, since I have been using it personally since I began working http://www.macthemes.net/articles/insider/000144.phpon it again. In total its been a project that has been in development for about a year now, on and off, and was abandoned until I discovered ShapeShifter. Anywho, it is still in development and is about 60% complete. You can read more about the theme, extras included with it, TiCons 4, and about future plans for the theme, over at BB (registration required).
December 6, 2003: I didn't know we couldn't talk about sex
Felt ambitious, and made another update. :D And guess what, its a gallery update... the first one in a few months. lol. It is a project that we had to do for school, and it is called "Human Nature" (its based on the Madonna song of the same name). Its a little more edgy and raunchy, compared to my other work, but it needed to be that way in order to successfully convey the messages in the song.
