New wallpaper/bg's!
Sorry for the lack of updates lately.
I was running out of webspace, and had to go hunting
for a good place to host my wallpaper
collection. Thanks to Richie, who pointed me in
the direction of stas.net, things are now running
normal around here. Anyway, I added three new
wallpapers. The
first is called Child of the Flowers (Fille de
le Fleurs). I really liked how this one came out
and am currently using it as a wallpaper myself.
The second is called Deteriorated Wings. This
wallpaper is completely photo manipulation. This
wallpaper is completely different from anything
I've done before. My goal with this wall, was
to learn how to brush things with the tablet.
The third
wallpaper is called Mechangel. I really enjoyed
making this wall. It took about four days to complete,
but I believe it was worth it. My favorite part
of this wallpaper would have to be the wings.
The wings alone took almost two and a half days
to complete, but they came out very good. :]
Now to fill you in with what else has been going
on with the Xanthic Eye: I have advanced a little
with the new Sonique skin
(which should be out hopefully before 2001), but
still do not like where it is going. All that
I have finished so far is the main console, and
the mask for the middle mode. I also found a real
old .psp file for a winamp skin that I began to
work on about five or six months ago. I might
resume work on this winamp skin, maybe... ;] I
have also started working on some new icons,
which unlike the ones that I have made so far
which had somewhat no real use, these new ones
will have a complete use and will include most
of the important window icons.
I have a few things which I will add to the gallery
in the next update, I still need to add finishing
touches on some of them. Also, I got some email
asking when I will be selling tshirts with the
designs I posted in the gallery,
well the answer is that I am NOT going to be selling
tshirts any time soon. I might be a fun project
to do in the future, but not right now. Next issue
are the tutorials.
I know I have told you that I have some new tutorials
coming soon, and they are. I have just not had
the time to write the tutorials in depth. Also,
one of the tutorials will not be added because
I lost the html file, however I will replace that
tutorial with another tutorial. I am expecting
to get the new tutorials out in about two weeks
or so.

Number 50!!
Hey everyone, I just posted my 50th wallpaper.
It's made in flash, so it adds some interactivity
to your desktop. Also added a wallpaper called
Under the skin, fragile sins. Fragile sins is
my most detailed piece yet. The Gallery
is now up to thirty items! :] I also am working
on this project at the moment... which is turning
out real cool by the way. The Icon
page also has been updated with a new set titled,
Colored Sugar. Also, I dumped the new skin for
now, I am too busy at the moment, I will probably
resume work on it when school starts or something...
it looks nice, that I can say. :]

I'm not dead
Hey everyone. Well sorry for not updating,
well actually I did update, just I haven't uploaded.
Well, I have made a few new wallpapers for you
to digest. I also added my most beautiful wallpaper
yet, in my opinion that is. :] I also added three
new entries to the gallery which most likely will
become wallpapers in the near future.

New BG's and stuff
Hello everyone. Sorry for the time-span
with no updates, was quite busy. Anyway, I managed
to finish some wallpapers. The BG
page now has a total of 47 wallpaper/BG's. I am
also making some new tutorials, those should be
online soon... actually, not so soon. :] I also
had to stop the tip
of the week(s) for now, but I left the
previous tips
online for you to view. There will be some new
project/experiments to be added to the Gallery
in a while. These are going to be real good. :]
Also, the Associates
page is underway. And what else.... oh, a new
rants and a new
sonique skin coming
soon. ;]

Gallery and BG's.
Hey people. I only go two updates for
today... the first is a new addition to the gallery,
this one is not such a big deal. It's just a somewhat
cleaner version of the beat up image i used for
"The vixen is built upon blasphemy."
You can notice a lot more details in the gallery
version. I also added a new wallpaper... the supercute
"Monkey Powder!" Go check that one out
in the BG section.
By the way, if any of you out there have any suggestions
for ways that I can make the BG page a bit smaller
or load quicker,
tell me. :]

The vixen is built upon blasphemy
New wallpaper, Vixen for short, took
a little while to make, and it is quite obvious
that I was not too happy while making it. Anyway,
it came out quite nicely. Be sure to check out
the before photo. :]

Lots of Updates!!
Summer! Well, I know it has been a while
since I last updated, but I was sick... still
am. Anyway, I found some time to fix and update
some pages. I added three new tutorials,
and have two more that will be coming soon. I
also fixed the layout of all the tutorials to
match that of the sub pages. I also made a new
interface for the front
page, I got bored with the old one. I
really really like the new one though. I think
I might even make a skin that looks like it or
something. I also updated the rants.
Sorry but now wallpapers yet. Haven't been inspired
to make anything of the sort. :]

Lots of Stuff... Into Irreverence 3!
Hey, everyone. Sorry for the delay in
an update. I've been a bit busy with school, but
have found some time to make a wallpaper or two...
:] I updated the Gallery
with a new entry. I also added some backgrounds
to the BG page.
One of the new bg's added has been on my desktop
for a while now. It's called RGB 3, and it's a
set of three bg's (one in red, one in green, and
one in blue). Also, Into Irreverence 3 has been
released. It's been sitting on my desktop for
a while now, I think about two months or so. I
would work on it, delete and start over, and reedit
it again a few days later. Took 4 PSP files in
order to make the final product. The reason I
had so many files was because one part of the
final image would be in a file all of it's own,
that way I don't have so many layers slowing down
my PC performance. I think the total file size
when I added the four files was something around
40+ megs... luckily I forced myself to merge layers
and turn the four files into one before putting
the final touches on it and releasing it. II3
I think is the best so far in the Irreverence
series. Also, the rants
were updated. There should be some more stuff
soon since summer begins tomorrow... :]

Interface
Okay, now the interface works on all
browsers... or at least it should. I removed the
backgrounds on the tables because of the issue
with Netscape and nested tables. So now the interface
should be completely functional. If anyone does
happen to have an error or finds a problem or
anything, please feel free to email
me. Also, the tip of the week (weeks)
has been moved to the Tutorials
page... where it should have been put since the
beginning. :]

I will make this short, there are two
new backgrounds...

I'm back...
As you can see, the new interface is
completely up. I am very, very happy with the
results, and am pleased to say that this interface
might be on the Xanthic Eye for a while. :] I
have fixed the Navigation so that just about every
page on the Xanthic Eye is easily accessible from
any page. Also, now the pages load much quicker
than before, especially the
Backgrounds page which had it's thumbnails
made smaller. Some pages like the Sitemap and
Iface History need to have their content updated,
that will be done soon... hopefully. Also, I am
going to make a page with links to the best pages
out there, that will be up here soon. Let me see...
what else... Oh, there will be a few more updates
this week like more BG, gallery
entries, and maybe even a tutorial.
