Prologue:

Welcome to the fifth version of the Xanthic Eye, the winter issue. In this issue, you will find a reinvention of the site and it's content. The new interface you are looking at is the result of many ideas and sketches (mostly drawn in math class), all put together. I really like the result. It sort of reminds me of some retro piece of furniture from the 1950's, and sometimes it reminds me of a odd panel from a rocket or something like that.

To navigate the site you will have to scroll horizontaly. Yes I know this might be annoying, but hey, its different. All the latest content will always be to the left, and the oldest to the right. To navigate through pages you could use the small flash menu at the top of every page (I know its not the best use of flash, but hey it serves it's purpose), or you could use the links at the end or every page.

Requirements:

For an optimal experience while visiting the Xanthic Eye, I suggest that you please use the following:

Technical:
Netscape Navigator 4 or above. www.netscape.com
Internet Explorer 4 or higher. www.microsoft.com
A color depth of at least 16 million colors.
A screen resolution of at least 800x600.
Don't set your browser to display a fixed font size, otherwise the interface will be distorted and you will have trouble reading the content on the site.

Personal:
Good music playing in the back (sorry, no country).
An open mind, some of the content is "odd."
A bit of patience, some of the pages on the Xanthic Eye (pages like the wallpaper page and the gallery) will take about thirty seconds to fully load.
