You may recognize the artwork in this poster. It's "Light Symphony," one of my my popular wallpapers. I decided to recreate the design and update somewhat with the intentions of using it as a poster promoting the site. The wallpaper, which was originally done in 3D Studio Max R3, was redrawn completely using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The orientation was changed to give the piece a more dynamic perspective as well as to draw the eye to the center of the piece where the Xanthic logo resides. The small plus signs were added in towards the end to emphasize the amount of depth and create more atmosphere for the light beams.
